Customer Need:

ASLAC facilities is located at the NWS Joint Base Charleston. It occupies 57 buildings and several temporary structures. ASLAC supports the Army’s Prepositioned Stock Program (APS-3). The complex is used to repair and maintain tactical equipment and provide storage and configuration space for multiple classes of supplies and materials. The Army required facility maintenance support for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, as well as a preventative maintenance program to sustain the mission facilities.

Solution:

CREC Group provides on-site support and sustainment services for real property as well as non-real property requirements for the Army and Joint Base Charleston’s civil engineering squadron for the ASLAC mission. CREC Group’s site team has well rounded training in many trades and disciplines needed to support the activity and the mission.

Result:

The result has been a successful implementation of a versatile, effective and cost efficient means to provide facilities maintenance and mission support services for the Army and Joint Base Charleston.
